What is Fit by Design, and how does it work?
Fit by Design is your path to a stronger, healthier you with my 20 years of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle expertise. It’s a three-step process: Discover your goals and starting point, Design a custom plan with the Fit Flow Spectrum (Easy to Peak), and Experience transformation through sustainable habits, tech tracking, and my support—whether DIY with Ready-Fit Plans or one-on-one coaching.
How is Fit by Design different from other fitness programs?
Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, Fit by Design tailors everything to you—your goals (strength, energy, recovery), interests (hiking, gym, sports), and lifestyle (busy pro, retiree). With varied intensities, fun activities, and holistic support (nutrition, recovery, social), it’s built to stick, not just push you hard then fade.
What is the one-to-one coaching process like?
Your journey with me is seamless and tailored—here’s how it flows:
- Sign-Up: Pick Guided or VIP Coaching and book an initial 60-minute consultation to dive in.
- Intake: You will receive access to your Self-Assessment Form and complete with your goals, interests, lifestyle, and fitness level.
- Kickoff: We’ll hop on that 60-minute Initial Consultation call to nail down your goals, create a plan to measure your baseline health and condition, and launch your Design Phase.
- Plan Delivery: Within 48 hours, you’ll get a digital plan (PDF) packed with your Fit-Flow activity plan, workouts (Easy to Peak), nutrition, and recovery tips.
- First Check-In: After Week 1, we’ll review progress in a 30-minute call, tweaking as needed—weekly monitoring keeps you on track for big wins.
- Weekly Check-Ins: On our subsequent 30-minute weekly calls, we will review progress, adapt your plan as necessary and you will receive pertinent information, education and inspiration to keep you on track.
Which coaching option is right for me?

What’s the Fit Flow Spectrum, and how do I use it?
The Fit Flow Spectrum is my take on intensity: Easy (easy walks), Steady (jogs), Push (weights), Power (HIIT), Peak (max efforts). Your plan mixes these zones to match your goals—energy, strength, or performance—keeping it fun and sustainable with activities you love.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
Nope! I design plans around your resources—bodyweight at home, condo gear, gym access, or outdoor trails. From Ready-Fit downloads to custom coaching, we use what you’ve got to hit your goals—no excuses needed.
How do you support nutrition and recovery?
Nutrition’s custom—think plans that fuel your body and fit your life, with sustainable habits, not diets. Recovery’s built-in with stretches, mobility, and rest strategies (Spark Zone focus), plus tech tools to track it all. You’ll feel stronger, not drained.
What results can I expect, and how long will it take?
Results vary—more energy in weeks, strength or fat loss in months, peak goals in 3-6 months. With my expertise and your effort (DIY or coached), you’ll see progress fast and keep it for life. Start small, win big—let’s track it together!
